If after receiving your ode you would like a refund please email us within 7 days of delivery to email@example.com.
Please be aware that we cannot refund any postage costs including the original cost of sending out the goods.
We will process your refund within 10 business days of receiving the returned item/s.
Should your product be received damaged, or sent incorrectly to a different address than that provided by you, we will offer a full refund or a replacement item/s including postage costs incurred by you.

We will then give you a returns number and details on returning your goods. You must return the item/s within 30 days of original receipt to be eligible for a refund.
