Terms & Conditions...
COST OF GOODS Goods are charged at the price quoted on the website. This price excludes the cost of delivery, which is laid out in the delivery section of our website.
MAKING YOUR PAYMENT For organisational customers ode will raise an invoice – to do so we will need a formal purchase order from your organisation. Individual customers can pay via paypal or cheque by post. You do not have to be a registered user of Paypal in order to use the service, and can pay using any major credit or debit card.
Please note your card issuer may subject your card to validation and authorisation checks. If your issuer does not authorise payment, we will not be liable for delay or non-fulfillment of an order.
A contract will only be formed between seller and purchaser if ode accepts the order. This is deemed to have taken place when ode dispatches goods. While we endeavour to keep an accurate stock inventory, if goods are unavailable we reserve the right to cancel your order. In such cases we will contact you to let you know, and will make sure you are refunded or not charged for the items.
POSTAGE At the moment, we can deliver to the UK via online ordering, but if you are based elsewhere and are interested in ode, email us to see if we can deliver: email@example.com.
POSTAGE FOR ORGANISATIONS: we will dispatch your order within 4 weeks of receiving your purchase order – often quicker depending on stock levels. Our invoice terms are strictly 30 days and payments are received by BACS only.
POSTAGE FOR PRIVATE CUSTOMERS: We will dispatch your order as soon as we receive cleared funds. We hold a small stock and can usually dispatch within 10 days. If stock levels are low we will notify you before we process your order. We understand that you will want you products quickly and we will do our very best.
EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL In the case of events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control including and without limitation, industrial action, accident or force majeurs, we will not be liable to you for non-delivery or delay of goods.
GOVERNING LAW The contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.
